A Tallahassee Celebration

March 16-28  •  2009

As part of a global celebration of the extraordinary life and legacy of Charles Darwin, whose 200th birthday falls on Feb. 12, 2009, Florida State University is hosting two weeks of events in March, featuring internationally renowned scientists and humanists. Together, they will tell the story of our origins—not only of human development, but also of the universe, and of modern thought on science and religion, which Darwin profoundly influenced.

Most events are free and open to the public.
